When an audience is looking at the screen, they don’t see years of hard work and hundreds of takes, just a polished character.
Sometimes, because of how brilliant the actors were in the movie, people might even start to speculate things. For example, a lot of viewers like to guess whether actors who play couples in the movie aren’t a thing behind the scenes.
