Calendar • The Great Hallow-Green Costume Exchange

Did you know that Saturday, October 11^th is National Costume Exchange Day? The City of South St. Paul, Dakota County Kaposia Library and Neighbors, Inc. are teaming up to host the 6^th Annual Great Hallow-Green Costume Exchange.  

Starting Tuesday, September 16^th, you can bring new or gently used, laundered costumes to the Kaposia Library and receive a “NEW to YOU” coupon to trade for a costume on October 11th from 10:00 to 11:30 am at the Kaposia Library. If you do not have a costume to exchange, you can still participate and shop starting at 10:30 am by making a monetary and or food donation to Neighbors, Inc for the costume.  Any remaining costumes will be donated to Neighbors, Inc. Clothes Closet. We are thinking green in South St. Paul.
