Burnsville police asked Wednesday for the public’s help in a death investigation of a man at a park last weekend.
The man was found deceased in Interlachen Park on Portland Avenue off County Road 42 early Saturday.
It’s not known if it’s a homicide or suspicious death, and police are working to determine that through the investigation, according to a police spokesman.
Anyone who witnessed a person or people in the area between 1 a.m. and 4 a.m. is asked to contact police. They’re also looking for anyone who has business or home security footage with activity during the three-hour period to call Sgt. Lauren Olson at 952-641-1158.
That information “can help us in our investigation into what happened,” Olson said in a statement.
